RETURNS / REFUND 
In the occasion that your item has been received damaged or faulty, then please contact us within 3 days of your items being delivered to express your concern of a return. If your item is received faulty or damaged then you can contact our team to move forward with the returns process.

Please state your order number and attach photos to the email with reasonings of your return & do not dispose of these items as we may request it to be sent back to us 

Please note there will be no returns/refunds on sale items and no returns on hairbrushes or accessories eg for hygienic reasons.
